Andy’s background has been predominantly in Copyright Licensing and Publishing within the international music industry. He is currently the Group CEO of Out of the Ark Music as well as being involved in several other music-related organisations. Andy is also a worship leader in his home church.

Jon Bracegirdle is a serial entrepreneur and established, grown and sold business in a number of different industries including construction and development as well as the child care sector. His current endeavour is a service management company called Trustgreen, establishing it in 2013 and growing it to provide nationwide coverage to its house builder clients, with 5 offices and over 50 staff.

Jon is also a Trustee of !Audacious church and works as their Chief Business Officer responsible for their external funding streams including conferencing and car parking and also heads the general management of the administration of the church including staff and HR.

Mike has worked in the Christian charity sector for more than 25 years. Predominantly managing relationships with churches and their leaders, Mike’s passion is to inspire and challenge Christians to live out their faith in everyday life as an example to those around them of the way God intended things to be.

Mark is a lawyer, whose practice specialises in advising churches and Christian organisations. Based in Surrey, he is involved in various youth ministry streams.

Chip is a songwriter and recording artist with a big heart for using music to connect people with God. He's been working to help kickstart the Soul Children movement in the UK since 2018. He also serves on the missions team at !Audacious Church in Manchester and as a UK ambassador for Maoz Israel.
