Andy’s background has been predominantly in Copyright Licensing and Publishing within the international music industry. He is currently the Group CEO of Out of the Ark Music as well as being involved in several other music-related organisations. Andy is also a worship leader in his home church.

Chip is a songwriter and recording artist with a big heart for using music to connect people with God. He's been working to help kickstart the Soul Children movement in the UK since 2018. He also serves on the missions team at !Audacious Church in Manchester and as a UK ambassador for Maoz Israel.

Tim is a vocalist working across the UK. His work encompasses lots of different disciplines which include, Singer, Singing Teacher, Vocal Coach, Choir Leader and Voice Actor. He also works with schools to raise their confidence in singing to make music part of daily school life. Tim is working as a Choir Leader Trainer for Soul Children UK as well as a consultant for the wider International Soul Children movement.
